Most Poisonous Plants: Wisteria

10 Most Poisonous Plants on Earth

most poisonous plants
Here are some thoughts on the Most Poisonous Plants on Earth! Mother earth is sometimes strange; at times she is kind and humane like genuine mother, yet other times she can seem very harsh indeed.  Many plant species are beautiful but they have developed defensive mechanisms that can be deadly to other species including humans.
Pretty much everyone is naturally scared of snakes and spiders, but little do they know that there are attractive looking plants and also their blossoms that can be as dangerous as these serpents and crawlers.  Some reports say that there are greater than 100,000 people that get affected by dangerous plants annually.
So without further ado, here are the 10 Most Poisonous Plant on Earth that you should definitely try to stay away from.

1. Most Poisonous Plants: Wisteria

most poisonous plantsThese are stunning looking purple blossoms that originate from Japan, some parts of USA as well as China but today found all around the world. The Wisteria is a creeping vine and the plant can be quite large with a thick trunk and vine branches that can extend as far as 60 ft. While the blossoms on it look fairly lovely, it is thought that entire plant is rather harmful; eating any part of the shrub can create the following:
  • Migraine and headache
  • Queasiness and nausea
  • Fever and also diarrhea
The treatment to exposure however is quite simple consisting mainly of anti-nausea drugs.

Why are we having so much trouble with the food supply?

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

Why are we having so much trouble with the food supply?

It could be our growing love of technology. We can build a computer that previously only humans could do. But the technology we're using on our food could be harming people on a daily base. The problem seems to be humans are not machines. The human body is a complex organism that takes in food, sun, air and water. It absorbs what it eats and mostly discards the rest. Everything consumed becomes a complex interaction.

It all starts with some basic vitamins and minerals. The body is comprised of approximately four to six percent minerals. What the proper minerals, vitamins cannot function in the body. Vitamins are organic micronutrients essential to normal human metabolism. Each one performs an important function in the body and is necessary to maintain a proper balance. Most are not manufactured by the body and need to be

Hydrophilic minerals are the minerals used by our body. These are plant derived minerals which means they enter the plant through its root system. They are 200 to 2000 times smaller than metallic minerals. They are water soluble and easy to dissolve without digestion. The absorbs almost 100% of Hydrophilic minerals.

There are two different classifications of vitamins which are Fat Soluble and Water Soluble. The Fat Soluble vitamins are vitamin A, D, E and K. Fat soluble vitamins can be stored in the body. There are nine types of Water Soluble vitamins E. There are eight EC just the vitamin is in has identified B vitamins and vitamin C. Water Soluble vitamins cannot be stored by the body and must be replaced. These are just the vitamins that man has identified to date and there is no telling how many remain to be discovered.

###Walnuts May Prevent Breast Cancer :-

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

###Walnuts May Prevent Breast Cancer :-

DENVER - Walnut consumption may provide the body with essential
omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and phytosterols that reduce
the risk of breast cancer, according to a study presented at the
American Association for Cancer Research 100th Annual Meeting
2009.

Elaine Hardman, Ph.D., associate professor of medicine at
Marshall University School of Medicine, said that while her
study was done with laboratory animals rather than humans,
people should heed the recommendation to eat more walnuts.

"Walnuts are better than cookies, french fries or potato chips
when you need a snack," said Hardman. "We know that a healthy
diet overall prevents all manner of chronic diseases."

Hardman and colleagues studied mice that were fed a diet that
they estimated was the human equivalent of two ounces of walnuts
per day. A separate group of mice were fed a control diet.

Standard testing showed that walnut consumption significantly
decreased breast tumor incidence, the number of glands with a
tumor and tumor size.

"These laboratory mice typically have 100 percent tumor
incidence at five months; walnut consumption delayed those
tumors by at least three weeks," said Hardman.

Molecular analysis showed that increased consumption of omega-3
fatty acids contributed to the decline in tumor incidence, but
other parts of the walnut contributed as well.

"With dietary interventions you see multiple mechanisms when
working with the whole food," said Hardman. "It is clear that
walnuts contribute to a healthy diet that can reduce breast
cancer."

48-million-year-old horse-like fetus discovered in Germany Well-preserved uteroplacenta found surrounding fetus similar to modern day mares

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

A 48 million year-old horse-like equoid fetus has been discovered at the Messel pit near Frankfurt, Germany according to a study published October 7, 2015 in the open-access journal PLOS ONE by Jens Lorenz Franzen from Senckenberg Research Institute Frankfurt, Germany, and Naturhistorisches Museum Basel, Switzerland, and colleagues.
The authors of this study completed their investigation of the fetus from a 48 million year-old horse-like equoid uncovered near Frankfurt, Germany in 2000. They evaluated the bones and anatomy and used scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and high-resolution micro-x-ray to describe the ~12.5 cm fetus.
The fetus appears to be well-preserved, with almost all bones present and connected, except for the skull, which appears to have been crushed. The well-preserved condition of the fossil allowed the researchers to reconstruct the original appearance and position of the fetus. They estimate that the mare may have died shortly before birth, but don't believe the death was related to birth.
The authors also found preserved soft tissue, like the uteroplacenta and one broad uterine ligament, which may represent the earliest fossil record of the uterine system of a placental mammal. Applying SEM, the authors discovered a bacterial lawn replacing the soft tissues, as is common with other specimens found in that area. The observable details correspond largely with living mares, which lead the authors to posit that the reproductive system was already highly developed during the Paleocene, and possibly even earlier.

Buzzing bees can't resist caffeinated nectar For many people, the best start to the day is a nice, fresh cup of joe. Now, researchers find that honey bees find caffeinated beverages -- er, nectar -- irresistible too.

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

For many people, the best start to the day is a nice, fresh cup of joe. Now, researchers reporting in the Cell Press journal Current Biology on October 15 find that honey bees find caffeinated beverages--er, nectar--irresistible too.
In fact, it appears that bees may select caffeinated nectar over an uncaffeinated but otherwise equal-quality alternative. As a result, the researchers say, plants may be lacing their nectar with caffeine as a way to pass off cheaper goods.
"We describe a novel way in which some plants, through the action of a secondary compound like caffeine that is present in nectar, may be tricking the honey bee by securing loyal and faithful foraging and recruitment behaviors, perhaps without providing the best quality forage," says Margaret Couvillon of the University of Sussex.
"The effect of caffeine is akin to drugging, where the honey bees are tricked into valuing the forage as a higher quality than it really is," adds Roger Schürch, of the University of Sussex and the University of Bern. "The duped pollinators forage and recruit accordingly."
Couvillon, Schürch, and their colleagues were aware of earlier studies, which found that honey bees are better at learning and remembering particular scents when they are under the influence of caffeine. The findings suggested a role for reward pathways in the bees' brains.
"I could not help but wonder how caffeine would affect the natural behaviors as seen in the field," Couvillon says, noting that the nectar of many flowering plants contains caffeine in low concentrations.
To investigate, the researchers tested bees' responses to a sucrose solution with field-realistic doses of caffeine or without. They found that the caffeine caused honey bees to forage more and to direct their friends to the caffeinated forage more frequently with waggle dances. The caffeine quadrupled the recruitment dances of bees to those feeders in comparison to uncaffeinated controls.
Bees were more persistent about returning to sites where they'd previously found caffeinated nectar, even after the feeder had run dry. After sipping caffeine, bees were also less inclined to search for other resources, a behavior that could be useful when the well runs dry.
"We were surprised at how, across the board, we saw an effect of caffeine just about everywhere we looked in foraging and recruitment, and all in the direction to make the colony more faithful to the caffeinated source compared to an equal-quality, uncaffeinated source," Schürch says.
Based on their observations of the individual bees' behaviors, the researchers' model suggests that caffeinated nectar could reduce honey production in colonies if indeed plants reduce the sweetness of their nectar. The findings come as a reminder that the interests of plants and their pollinators don't always align.
The researchers say it would now be interesting to find out whether plants that lace their nectar with a secondary compound like caffeine also make nectar that's less sweet. And, they note, caffeine isn't the only secondary compound found in nectar.
"It would be interesting to determine the effects of other compounds," Couvillon says. "It may be that chemistry is a popular way in which plants can get the upper hand on their pollinators."
The authors are funded by the Nineveh Charitable Trust, the Natural Environment Research Council, the University of Sussex, Damascus University, and Rowse Honey Ltd. Additional research funding was provided by Waitrose Ltd. and Burt's Bees.

Evidence for functional redundancy in nature Many species may play essentially the same role....

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

One of biology's long-standing puzzles is how so many similar species can co-exist in nature. Do they really all fulfill a different role? Massive data on beetles now provide strong evidence for the idea that evolution can drive species into groups of look-a-likes that are functionally similar, according to a study by an international consortium of scientists led by Wageningen University.
While it is clear that species fulfill many different roles in ecosystems, it has also been suggested that numerous species might actually share the same function in a near neutral way. So-far, however, it was unclear whether such functional redundancy really exists. The new study addresses this question using extensive data on the world's 4168 species of diving beetles. It shows that across the globe these animals have evolved towards a small number of regularly-spaced body sizes, and that locally co-existing species are either very similar in size or differ by at least 35%. Surprisingly, intermediate size differences (10-20%) are rare. As body-size reflects functional aspects such as the food that these generalist predators can eat, these beetles thus form relatively distinct groups of functional look-a-likes. The striking global regularity of these patterns support the idea that a self-organizing process drives such species-rich groups to self-organize evolutionary into clusters.
"This finding has important implications for how we look at the risks of losing species," says Marten Scheffer of Wageningen University and lead author on the paper. "Our work suggests that evolution is a generator not only of functional complementarity but also of functional redundancy. However, such redundancy does not mean that these species are not needed for the functioning of nature." Scheffer stresses that while functional complementarity promotes the magnitude of ecosystem processes, redundancy promotes resilience of such ecosystem processes through the insurance effect of biodiversity. This insurance effect is due to the fact that species that are near-neutral when it comes to their functional role (e.g. their niche in terms of the food they eat), will typically still differ in their response to various stressors. Such response diversity may include sensitivity to specific parasites and diseases. As a result the resilience of a functional role should be expected to increase with the number of species in a near-neutral group.
"It is also important to note that such resilience from functional redundancy will be much rarer in larger animals, simply because species richness decreases with body size in the animal kingdom," Scheffer says. "It is therefore no surprise that especially the loss of large species can give rise to substantial functional change in ecosystems. While redundancy may be the rule in smaller creatures, the functional uniqueness of larger ones could imply that they are often the Achilles heel for ecological functioning."

Spring to come three weeks earlier to the United States

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

Scientists have projected that the onset of spring plant growth will shift by a median of three weeks earlier over the next century, as a result of rising global temperatures.
The results, published Oct. 14 in the journal Environmental Research Letters, have long term implications for the growing season of plants and the relationship between plants and the animals that depend upon them.
The researchers, based at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, US, applied the extended Spring Indices to predict the dates of leaf and flower emergence based on day length. These general models capture the phenology of many plant species.
Their results show particularly rapid shifts in plant phenology in the Pacific Northwest and Mountainous regions of the western US, with smaller shifts in southern areas, where spring already arrives early.
"Our projections show that winter will be shorter -- which sound greats great for those of us in Wisconsin" explains Andrew Allstadt, an author on the paper. "But long distance migratory birds, for example, time their migration based on day length in their winter range. They may arrive in their breeding ground to find that the plant resources that they require are already gone."
The researchers also investigated so-called 'false springs' -- when freezing temperatures return after spring plant growth has begun. They showed that these events will decrease in most locations. However a large area of the western Great Plains is projected to see an increase in false springs. "This is important as false springs can damage plant production cycles in natural and agricultural systems," continues Allstadt. "In some cases, an entire crop can be lost."
These researchers are working on a NASA Biodiversity Grant, with the goal of assisting people working in conservation of public land in the US. As such, the researchers have provided much of their data freely on their website: http://silvis.forest.wisc.edu/
"We are expanding our research to cover all kinds of extreme weather, including droughts and heat waves" concluded Allstadt. "We are particularly interested in how these affect bird populations in wildlife refuges."

Worm's brain cells switched on with ultrasound

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

Worm's brain cells switched on with ultrasound.

'Sonogenetics' technique might be used to non-invasively stimulate specific neurons in other animals.

Neuroscientists have used ultrasound to stimulate individual brain cells in a worm, and hope that the technique — which they call ‘sonogenetics’ — might be adapted to switch on neurons in mice and larger animals.
The technique relies on touch-sensitive ‘channel’ proteins, which can be added to particular brain cells through genetic engineering. The channels open when hit by an ultrasonic pulse, which allows ions to flood into a neuron and so causes it to turn on.
Ultrasound could be a less-invasive way for researchers to stimulate specific cell types or individual neurons, rather than using implanted electrodes or fibre-optic cables, says neurobiologist Sreekanth Chalasani, at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, California, who led the study reported today in Nature.
“Our hope is to create a toolbox of different channels that would each respond to different intensities of ultrasound,” he says.
"It's a cool new idea, and they show that this could really be feasible," says Jon Pierce-Shimomura, a neuroscientist who studies the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans at the University of Texas at Austin. “This could open a whole new way for manipulating the nervous system non-invasively through genetically encodable tools.”

Light up a cell

The research follows in the footsteps of optogenetics, a popular, decade-old technique in which neurons are genetically engineered so that they can be activated by light. Optogenetics relies on inserting light-sensitive channel proteins into neurons. When hit by the correct colour of light, often sent into the brain via a fibre-optic cable, the channels open, allowing ions to flood in.
Sonogenetics will not replace optogenetics, says William Tyler, a neuroengineer who specializes in ultrasonic brain stimulation at Arizona State University in Tempe. “But with this paper, there's one more tool on the block,” he says.
Ultrasound has long been used for medical applications. Low-intensity waves help doctors to monitor fetuses or heart function. And high-intensity ultrasonic pulses can be used to heat and destroy certain diseased tissues. In recent years, says Tyler, researchers have taken a growing interest in the use of ultrasound as a non-invasive way to stimulate brains and nerves, in both animals and humans. He and his team published one of the first reports of ultrasonic brain stimulation in humans2 in 2014.
But whereas previous work stimulated particular regions of the brain, sonogenetics shows that it is possible to target a specific cell type or an individual neuron, says Chalasani. His team found that the ion channel TRP-4 plays a key role in helping the worm sense ultrasonic vibrations, and could be manipulated to dramatic effect.
Since ultrasound does not travel well through air, the researchers first put worms on a petri dish partially submerged in a water bath. They sent a short burst of ultrasound into the dish, and amplified the low-pressure waves by adding microscopic lipid bubbles onto the petri dish's surface that resonated with the vibrations.

Space and Black Holes: In Virgo Constellation, Collision Coming.

In that research, the team found that the two black holes are the source of rhythmic light flashing from quasar PG 1302-102. Quasars, by the way, are the brightest objects in the universe and they are powered by black holes. In this case, the quasar is lit up by two black holes, according to a release.
Because everything happens at a different pace in space, the smash-up will happen 100,000 years from now, say the researchers. That's a very short time in space time, though, as the scientists noted in the release.
Currently the black holes are 3.5 billion light years from Earth and are within the Virgo constellation. They are also much closer together--only a light-week--than the last confirmed black hole pair, which were separated by 20 light years, the release said.
"This is the closest we've come to observing two black holes on their way to a massive collision," said Zoltan Haiman, an astronomer at Columbia who is senior author of the study, in the release. "Watching this process reach its culmination can tell us whether black holes and galaxies grow at the same rate, and ultimately test a fundamental property of space-time: its ability to carry vibrations called gravitational waves, produced in the last, most violent, stage of the merger."

#Farm holidays: Get back to nature and wake up feeling fresh....

There's a growing trend for seeking out farm experiences in our everyday lives. We're ordering farm-fresh vegetable boxes, we're visiting farm parks and shops, and tuning in to programmes such as Countryfile and Lambing Live. So it's no surprise that VisitEngland figures for 2014 show farms were the fastest-growing visitor attraction category, with tourist numbers up 10 per cent in a year.
As our appetite grows for everything outdoorsy, there is no better place to connect with how food is produced than at a working farm. Better still, stay on one during the bountiful autumn months to get a really good feel for the harvest season. Farm Stay UK is a good starting point. We are a not-for-profit co-operative of farmers, offering around a 1,000 different farm accommodation options throughout the country.
With so many fluctuating factors in farming, the opportunity for farmers to use the asset of their land has never been greater. Over the years had it not been for the opportunity to offer B&B, self-catering, and more recently "glamping", many farmers, especially tenant farmers, would have needed to leave their land. Fundamentally, tourism helps the farms become sustainable, and helps protect the land for future generations to enjoy.
As the warm weather starts to turn, now is a good time to embrace what the British countryside has to offer. As well as stunning autumn mists and an excuse to light the fire, hedgerows are laden with blackberries, orchards with apples and plums, and fields and forests hide delicious edible fungi.

How To Make DIY Aloe Vera Gel – Simple Recipe | Aloe Vera Gel

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

https://www.facebook.com/incredablenature?ref=hl

Aloe vera gel has many health benefits. The natural gel contains healing, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Here is a simple recipe to make your own moisturizing and healing aloe gel.
Aloe vera gel can be a powerful anti-aging moisturizer and also heals burns, ezcema, sunburn, insect bites and stretch marks. It is also an effective acne treatment and can treat gum disease. Aloe gel makes a soothing and calming hair conditioner – especially useful on tight curly hair.
Gel can be used directly from squeezing the plant but here is a simple recipe to make aloe vera gel which has the advantage that it can be made, bottled and used when you wish.
It is easy to grow your own aloe vera plant, climate and space permitting, although oriental grocery store and health food stores also sell the leaves.
INGREDIENTS
* 1/4-cup of aloe vera pulp
(six leaves from 4″ to 6″ should provide more than a 1/4 cup of pulp)
* 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
* 4 drops of essential lemongrass oil
* 6 drops of tea tree oil
METHOD
1. Firstly cut the leaves from the plant, try to pick the leaves that are nearest the bottom of the plant so it can continue thriving. Leave upright standing in a bowl at a 45 degree angle for at least an hour. This allows an initial yellow or brown substance to drain out. This initial sap smells unpleasant and can be an irritant.
2. After the yellowy resin has drained, wash the leaves. Use a potato peeler to cut off the thorns on both sides and peel one side with the peeler. Then use a knife to scrape off the gel from the leaf. If you have really long and thick aloe vera leaves then you can cut them into more manageable pieces to make peeling easier. Depending n your knife skills you may prefer to scoop the gel our with a spoon – although this can be messy.
3. Pop your gel into a blender and blend until it looks slightly fluffy. At this stage you can actually leave the aloe to settle slightly if you prefer. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a clean jar.
Note:If you plan to use this as a hair conditioning treatment you should strain the mixture through a new stocking to avoid getting any tiny pieces of pulp residue sticking in your hair.
The lemongrass oil is optional, you may have your favorite essential oil you can add for fragrance. Tea tree oil acts as a preservative as well as having strong antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties.
This mixture should last for a couple of months.
Use liberally for a fantastic skin conditioning moisturizer.
If you specifically want to use it to treat sunburn, try freezing in an ice cube tray for an instant soothing and healing treatment.
Another healthy hint is at stage 2 you can simply mix some of the gel with some water to make a super healthy juice, adding organic raw honey to sweeten if necessary.
Please share this if you no someone who would love their own supply of aloe vera gel. Just click one of the share buttons below.

Liver | 5 Foods that Naturally Detoxify your Liver

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

https://www.facebook.com/incredablenature?ref=hl

A build up of toxins in the liver leads to inflammation which is the root cause of many chronic illnesses as well as weight gain. Here are 5 simple foods to include in your diet to cleanse your liver of toxins.
A well functioning liver is vital to our health as it is the main way our bodies expel toxins. The liver detoxifies and cleanses our bodies by continuously filtering the blood of poisons that enter it through the digestive tract, the skin, and the respiratory system. But when your liver becomes overworked as a result of stress or excessive exposure to toxins, your entire system can be thrown off balance, and your health severely compromised.
By alkalizing the body we can minimize the buildup of acid and inflammation in our digestive system. An effective way to do this is by including natural food on our diets, and avoiding any over processed and refined foods.
Here are 5 foods that can detox our livers and restore them to peak working order:
1. AVOCADO
Avocados are a rich source of fiber, potassium, healthy saturated fats, and vitamins E, K, and B-complex.
Research in Japan discovered that avocados contain several compounds which help protect our livers from long term damage. It is often mentioned as a ‘super food’ that we should eat for many health benefits, but in particular with relation to maintaining a healthy liver. They found that when they compared avocados with 21 other fruits, and analyzing their effect on protecting livers from galactosamine, which is a damaging toxin and amino-sugar, avocados came out top. High levels of galactosamine causes liver damage in a similar way to the human viral hepatitis.
In addition this healthy fruit is filled with compounds that producec glutathione. Glutathione is one of the most powerful antioxidants we can find in food, as it has the ability to reproduce crucial antioxidants within the body. Experts advocate eating two to four of these fruits a week can repair damaged cells in your liver.
2. GRAPEFRUIT AND LEMONS
Both of these tangy fruits are very rich in Vitamin C in addition to several other antioxidants that help cleanse the liver. The compounds found in both lemons and grapefruits in particular can significantly increase the production of vital detoxification enzymes that enable the body to flush out toxins.

Grapefruit is also a great addition to your diet because it contains naringenin – a special compound which helps the liver to burn fat rather than store it.
A glass of warm water with fresh organic lemons squeezed into it taken every morning is a great way to cleanse your liver. Not only does it smell fresh and zingy but it has been shown that the liver will produce more healthy enzymes in processing water with lemon than any other food tested.
3. TURMERIC
Turmeric is renowned as a super spice and has a host of beneficial effects on our bodies. Curcumin is the main active pharmacological agent in turmeric. It has powerful anti bacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties. Not only does is protect our livers from damage, it actively encourages the cells in our liver to regenerate themselves.
Adding it to our diet regularly also helps to increase our levels of natural bile production – essential to ridding our bodies of harmful toxins.
4. GREEN TEA
Green Tea is becoming more and more popular due to its many health benefits, and high levels of antioxidants and vitamins. Green tea is a rich source of catechins. This is a plant antioxidant that can prevent fat accumulating around the liver ensuring that the organ can function properly.

By drinking green tea on a regular basis, you will naturally suppress the iron content of your liver, preventing any viral hepatitis from being triggered.

It also reduces dangerous toxins and free radicals that can cause serious damage to the liver.
Another benefit of drinking green tea is that it reduces the risk of becoming obese and suffering from diabetes and coronary diseases. Green tea is a powerful metabolic booster and can help with weight loss.
5. GARLIC
Garlic contains sulfur compounds that activate the enzyme production in the liver. In addition garlic is a rich source of selenium and allicin which help protect our livers. Add small amounts of garlic to your dishes, it doesn’t have to be overpoweringly strong, or try a thinly sliced clove of garlic over a fresh salad regularly.
These are all simple ingredients we can find, organic where possible, and incorporate into our daily diets very easily and is not an exhaustive list , also helpful are cilantro, walnuts , green vegetables to name just a few. But all of these give us a great start to a healthier and detoxed liver. However, it is also important that you pair it with proper exercise and a balanced diet to keep your body fit and well.

How To Fight Migraines Without Drugs

Among one of the most common ailments that people suffer on a regular basis is one that can quite literally be crippling: the migraine headache. There are almost as many causes for a migraine as there are remedies, but even with modern medicine some migraines just can’t be beaten.

That’s where an unusual solution comes in:Salt.

According to The Ultimate Healing System, common household salt, when mixed in high concentrations into lemonade or lime juice can cure headaches almost instantly. Now, high concentrations of salt are NOT recommended for regular use, but have been proven to wipe out the most stubborn headaches. Also, and it might be an old wives tale, apparently rubbing a lime half on your forehead can cure headaches as well.

The basis for the solution lies in the belief that migraines can be caused from sodium deficiencies. Since salt is so quickly absorbed in the blood, the headache disappears almost instantly. So, Next time you feel a migraine creeping up on you, reach for the salt, instead of the Excedrin.

“How I Healed Myself From Cancer – Naturally”

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

We often inform our readers of natural ways to treat and even cure cancer. Here is a first hand account of how one man cured his own cancer by adopting dietary and lifestyle changes.
Figures now show that cancer now affects 1 in 3 women, and 1 in 2 men and the number of new cases of cancer is set to nearly double by the year 2050. Both predictions are based on statistics collected by the Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) program at the National Cancer Institute(NCI) (i).
There are many health experts who also now believe that many people who “die from cancer” really die from the chemotherapy long before they would have actually died from the cancer itself as there has always been a fine line between administering a “therapeutic dose” and killing the cancer patient (ii).
Tom Arguello received the dreaded diagnosis of cancer just before his 37th birthday. In his own words, below, he describes how and why he decided to shun conventional mainstream treatment of chemo, instead he took an informed decision to tackle instead the root cause of the the disease: diet and lifestyle. Here is his own story in his own words.
“I thank God that I got cancer.
It was two weeks before my 37th birthday that I (reluctantly) went to see a Urologist about an “abnormality” in one of my testicles. I first noticed it 9 months prior and like a typical male, I shrugged it off as a non-issue. As the weeks and months progressed, I noticed the size of the testicle increase and change in texture. It was now unusually firm. I had spent countless hours trolling every medical website in a desperate attempt to self-diagnose. As I searched every possible outcome, one was a constant and distinct possibility: cancer.
I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Its a great city and a fantastic place to raise a family, but it has also been consistently ranked in the top 10 of the nation’s “fattest cities”. I used to fit into this paradigm perfectly, eating an unhealthy diet of Mexican food, fast food and binge drinking soda. At my heaviest, I weighed in at close to 220 lbs. I’m 5’7…you do the math. Did I know it was wrong at the time? Absolutely! Did I care? Maybe a little, but I was young. I was invincible. I had all the time in the world… or so I thought. What I failed to realize at the time is a little thing called consequence.
So there I sat nervously in the waiting room, desperately trying to convince myself that what I had was normal, probably some sort of infection that would go away with antibiotics. Upon a physical inspection, I began to come to the realization that things would not go my way. I could see it on the Dr’s face. He immediately sent me across the hall for an ultrasound.
Still, I held the faintest hope that it could be something else, but soon that hope would be gone as well. The Doctor reviewed my ultrasound and immediately ordered a CT scan, blood-work and scheduled me for surgery. “Cancel your business trip”, he said. Wow. It was 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon. I was the very last patient in the office, and I just got the Cancer bomb dropped in my lap. Not the ideal way to start the weekend.
I had now reached the lowest point of my life. I felt lost. I felt hopeless. I felt numb. I felt like a victim.
After my surgery, I went back to see the Doctor to go over the results of my pathology report. I was diagnosed with stage IB Seminoma Testicular Cancer. Still caught relatively early, but there were complications. The cancer had spread to the epididymis and there was “Vascular Invasion”, meaning a greater likelihood that the cancer would spread to other parts of the body. As he reviewed survival rates and treatment options with me, I felt uncomfortable with his “One size fits all” approach. The fact that all of this information was coming from some sort of medical reference on his laptop did nothing to put me at ease.
I felt like a statistic and not a person. The next week, I went to see an Oncologist who reviewed my prognosis and then urged me to undergo a few rounds of chemotherapy so I could “Sleep good at night”. During this conversation, he also encouraged me to eat McDonald’s after chemotherapy if that sounded good to me. That was a huge red flag! So here I was, caught in the brutal grips of the thriving cancer industry and modern Western medicine. What choice did I have? This is what you have to do. There are no other options, right?
After speaking to my wife, I decided to go ahead with the chemotherapy. I was first sent to talk to a financial counselor who urged me to get as many chemotherapy sessions in as I possibly could before the new year, before my insurance deductibles reset and I would have to pay out of pocket. How could SHE know how many rounds of chemo I would need? She wasn’t a doctor!
My next stop was back to the area of the office where they administered the chemo for an education class. The nurse proceeded to tell me every possible thing that could go wrong (loss of hair, loss of appetite, loss of feeling in fingertips, etc.), and that I would most likely end up in the emergency room multiple times because chemotherapy lowers your white blood cell count, leaving your immunity shot. (Shields are down, Captain!) This was a classic case of the side effects being worse than the symptoms! I quickly decided against chemotherapy.
So there I was, all alone. I had turned my back on conventional treatment. So how would I heal myself to ensure that the cancer was gone for good? It was at this point that I delved into research. For the next few weeks, I lived, ate and breathed anything and everything related to alternative cancer treatments. What I found was a treasure trove of information.
Countless testimonies of people being healed of late-stage cancers by nutrition and other natural herbs and oils. I’ve always been something of a risk taker in life, and the thought of “sticking it to the man” appealed to me greatly. More importantly, during all this research I noticed that the cancer rates in this country had spiked to epidemic levels. Every day on social media sites, my news feed was inundated with people either getting cancer or knowing someone who had cancer. I knew at that point that I wanted to use my story to help people. I decided to forgo traditional cancer treatments and pursue natural cures because God forbid, if any of my friends or family ever got cancer, I wanted to be able to help them through it. More importantly, I wanted to show my kids that I could overcome adversity and do it my way.(Just like Ol’ blue eyes!)
So here’s how I did it: A raw food diet.
Every morning starts out with a glass of Kombucha (Fermented tea with natural probiotics for digestive health because all disease starts in the gut). An hour later, I juiced copious amounts of organic vegetables and fruits. I typically drink anywhere from 20-48 ounces throughout the day. What kinds of fruit and vegetables do I juice? Lots of green, leafy vegetables like Kale and spinach. I also juice beets, carrots, celery, cucumber, parsley and Swiss Chard. I like to mix it up every day.
I also drink alkaline water throughout the day. Raising your internal PH is vital because cancers thrive in an acidic environment so by increasing your internal PH, it makes it really hard for cancer to live in your body. Consuming organic vegetable and fruit juice also help to raise your PH level a great deal.
Next, I take supplements. Tumeric and Garlic has been proven to be effective cancer fighters. I also take Moringa, which is also fantastic and loaded with key vitamins and minerals.
Now lets talk snacks. (One of my favorite subjects) I typically eat lots of raw nuts: Walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, etc. I used to eat organic yogurt, but I realized that dairy can promote cancer so I cut that out as well. I have also dramatically reduced the amount of meat I consume. I have completely cut out red meat and only consume Atlantic, wild caught fish and some chicken.
Exercise is also a crucial element of healing. As I recovered from surgery I began to take long walks outside. The fresh air and vitamin D in the sunlight are not only great for the soul, but they definitely do a body good. I also began doing muscle and strength training at my local gym.
Since my initial diagnosis I have had multiple clean blood tests that show that I no longer have cancer. I don’t like to use the word “remission” because that implies that it could come back. I am here to tell you that cancer CAN be beat naturally through a complete transformation of the mind, body and spirit! You truly have to change your life to overcome it. This means getting off processed foods and GMO’s. As a society, we often choose to take the easy way out. To me, chemotherapy seemed like taking the easy way out. I realized that surgery and chemo doesn’t really cure anything. You could cut off a tumor and have it grow back. What really needs to be addressed is the root cause of the problem: diet and lifestyle. The only cure for cancer is a lifelong dedication to clean eating and to health and wellness.
My life is forever changed for the better as a result of cancer. My family has also benefited a great deal from my lifestyle change. We have planted a large organic garden that we use for food and juicing. I also have a strong desire to give back and help people. I am now in the process of starting a non-profit organization that will provide real, organic food to people who either don’t have the access to, or the means to obtain it (iii).
So yes, I thank God that I got cancer because it gave me the cosmic wake up call that I so desperately needed. I have transformed my life and now I’m in great shape and for the first time in my life I FEEL HEALTHY!
More importantly, my wife and I have made our ongoing health and wellness a family affair and our first priority. One of the most rewarding things about my entire ordeal is witnessing the transformation in our children. They no longer crave or ask for junk food! They love gardening and living a healthy lifestyle, and that is possibly the greatest gift I could ever give them.”
Tom’s story is far from unique, more and more people are sharing their sucess stories with regard to the benefits of healing using holistic and natural medicine to cure but also prevent disease.
The truth is that there are many effective natural cancer treatments that don’t require a barbaric procedure like chemotherapy.
