It could be our growing love of technology. We can build a computer that previously only humans could do. But the technology we're using on our food could be harming people on a daily base. The problem seems to be humans are not machines. The human body is a complex organism that takes in food, sun, air and water. It absorbs what it eats and mostly discards the rest. Everything consumed becomes a complex interaction.

It all starts with some basic vitamins and minerals. The body is comprised of approximately four to six percent minerals. What the proper minerals, vitamins cannot function in the body. Vitamins are organic micronutrients essential to normal human metabolism. Each one performs an important function in the body and is necessary to maintain a proper balance.
