| Ladies mein depression ki ek wajah garbhnirodhak tablets bhi hai?

डॉक्‍टर ऐसी दिक्‍कतों को पहचान लेते हैं और उसी के हिसाब से इन गोलियों को सजेस्‍ट (doctor can understand this and give you medicines which is suitable for you) करते हैं।

13 Amazing Viral Nature Pictures That Are Actually Fake

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

13 Amazing Viral Nature Pictures That Are Actually Fake

If there's one thing that Twitter likes, in addition to arguments and snarky jokes, it's awe-inspiring images of our planet. And there's a huge number of accounts trying to serve that need.

You can't miss them on Twitter — especially since image previews came in, making their retweet-bait increasingly unavoidable. You might not even have realiz,ed that they're all different accounts. @Earth_Pics is probably the leader of the pack, with almost 1.5 million followers, but there's plenty of competition for the crown, most with hundreds of thousands of followers. There's @EarthPix, @earthposts, @ThatsEarth, @EarthBeauties, @ItsEarthPics, and the creatively named @EaarthPics. Then you've got @FascinatingPics and @FascinatingPix, which aren't the same thing. And @Natgeopix, which has nothing to do with National Geographic, and @GoogleEarthPics, which is nothing to do with Google.
The thing about all these accounts is that most of them tweet the exact same content — the same images as one other, with word-for-word identical descriptions — over and over again. They're like visual spam. Mostly they just tweet massively oversaturated pictures of landscapes with no photographer attribution. But the other thing about them is that they never bother to check if the pictures are actually real...

1. "Lenticular clouds over Mount Fuji, Japan."

it's photoshopped . :-

Here's the original. :-

2. "Rainbow meets Tornado"

3. "Solar Eclipse and Milky Way seen from ISS" :-

4. "Spectacular View of The Stars in Alaska"

This one seems to originate from an art forum, under the category "Fantasy/Landscape." :-

5. "Difference between day and night!"

No single spacecraft or astronaut took this picture. It is a digital composite of archived images taken by several Earth-orbiting satellites and ocean-faring ships... This image is different from what an astronaut would see for reasons including a complete lack of clouds and an unrealistic exaggeration of lights and contrasts. The image has become both an internet wave in that it continues to circulate as an attachment to digital correspondence, and a modern urban legend.

6. "They shot a 7m (+- 23ft), 1200kg crocodile..."

The picture's probably real — but the description's wrong.

As Snopes says, the crocodile hadn't eaten any people, wasn't killed by villagers, was around 15 feet long, not 23 feet, and was in Zimbabwe, not Niger.

7. "Sunrise at the North Pole"

As Phil Plait (again) points out, this is actually a photorealistic drawing by artist Inga Nielsen.

8. "Smeared skies, Lake Ontario, Canada"

Brilliant image — but it's not one picture. It's hundreds of pictures layered over one other.

9. "Europe at Night"

Those aren't lights, and that's not a photo. It's a computer-generated visualization of social media activity. Look, here's North America:

10. "Frozen Tidal Wave In Antarctica"

Nah. Actually ice deposits smoothed out by many years of melting and refreezing.

11. "Mystic Forest in The Netherlands"

No. Look. It's just a normal patch of land that's had the "Hue" setting in Photoshop changed. See, you can change it back really easily:

The picture was posted to Flickr by Dutch photographer Sander Copier. It's a shot of the grounds of Soestdijk Palace in Baarn, Utrecht (so it's not a forest, never mind being mystical). A quick check proves that the grass and trees there are, in fact, normal grass and tree color.

12. "This is an Inari Fox"

IT'S A STUFFED TOY, YOU COCKWOMBLES.

13. "Baby Dragon"

Yeah, OK, seems legit.

Medicinal Flowers and Their Uses

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.
 :_

Medicinal Flowers and Their Uses:_

For several centuries, medical practitioners have long acknowledged the therapeutic properties of certain flowers. More than just spanning time, this knowledge also spans many cultures around the world. One of the greatest advantages is that flowers and plants offer completely natural medicinal properties, often without the scary side effects that modern pills and medications bring on. Furthermore, remedies made from flowers can be much cheaper than drugs marketed by pharmaceutical companies.

The best places to obtain dried flowers or their essential oils is a herbal health store. Be careful when preparing tonics and other mixtures since some flowers can be very potent. Pregnant or nursing mothers in particular should consult with their doctor before using any essential oils. To learn more about using medicinal flowers for home remedies, have a look at some of the most effective ones below.
Angelica Herb – Remember the green bits of candied angelica used to decorate cakes? It comes from the very same plant as the Angelica flower. Like the rest of the plant, the flower is extremely fragrant and has a number of medicinal uses including digestive disorders and coughs and colds. It can also be given as a strengthening tonic for seniors and children.
Begonia – Begonias can be prepared in several different ways. An infusion made by soaking the flowers in hot water helps to eliminate headaches and rid the body of toxins. The crushed flowers and leaves can also be rubbed directly on the skin to help relieve pain and heal sores or burns.
Bellis Perennis – Also known as the common daisy, this flower holds a wealth of medicinal properties despite its unassuming appearance. When used in an infusion, it acts as a laxative as well as an expectorant to purge the body of toxic matter. It is also used as a home remedy to help treat physical disorders such as arthritis and rheumatism. Direct application to the skin through an ointment or poultice aids in healing wounds.
Black Cohosh – Women should be very careful when using Black Cohosh as it is an extremely potent flower. Black Cohosh can be used as an emmenagogue, which means that it stimulates the uterus. Women with menstrual problems can effectively use low doses of this flower to help regulate their cycles and relieve pain. In the same vein, pregnant women should avoid it since it can bring on a miscarriage or early labor.
Blood Root – This little white flower is very effective in low doses when treating respiratory problems. It can be made into a paste when mixed with other compounds and applied on the skin to treat rashes, warts and various dermic problems. When ingested as a tea or tonic, bloodroot is very effective in cleansing the blood and lowering fevers.
Blue Lobelia – Native Indians used Blue Lobelia as a treatment for syphilis as well as less severe ailments. Tea made with this flower helps to relieve fevers, coughs and colds, and digestive problems.
Butterfly Weed – Also used in Native Indian cuisine, Butterfly Weed is primarily effective in treating respiratory and related lung issues. When ingested in large amounts, it can be used for internal cleansing and pain relief. Direct application to the skin in the form of a poultice can help to reduce swelling or heal wounds.
Calendula – The bright yellow petals of calendula flowers are most effective when mixed with other substances to create ointments or creams. It can then be used on the skin to heal burns, cuts, and wounds.
California Poppy – Don’t worry when using California Poppies since they are not addictive and do not have any opium in the plant. However, it can be used to help reduce anxiety and insomnia, as well as bladder problems in children and adults. California Poppies can be used along with other natural sources over a longer period of time to help with depression and fatigue.
Carnation – When separated from the base of the flower (which is bitter), Carnation petals can be brewed to make an excellent tea to reduce anxiety, agitation, stress and fatigue. Moreover, it also has a healing effect on the skin and can bring down swelling.

Is eating soaked almonds without peeling the skin healthy?

Nature : IncredableNature : Its all about Nature (Natural Things,Its Real Facts,Love,Energy,Spirituality). Everything about Nature Which exists in this whole Universe.

Is eating soaked almonds without peeling the skin healthy?

Eating almonds the wrong way could actually harm your digestion. Eating them the right way allows your body to reap the benefits of this concentrated power food.
Almonds are usually difficult for most people to digest because of an enzyme-inhibiting substance in their brown coating. Soaking or sprouting removes this inhibitor so that the enzymes secreted during digestion can do their job.
Why soaked almonds are better - Firstly, the brown peel of almonds contains tannin which inhibits nutrient absorption. Once you soak almonds the peel comes off easily and allows the nut to release all nutrients easily.
Benefits of soaked almonds:
1. Help with digestion - Soaking almonds helps in releasing enzymes which in turn help with digestion. Soaking almonds releases enzyme lipase which is beneficial for digestion of fats.
2. Help with weight loss - The monounsaturated fats in almonds curb your appetite and keep you full. So feel free to snack on them because they'll help you avoid binge-eating and trigger weight-loss.
3. Almonds keep your heart healthy reduce bad cholesterol (low density lipoprotein) and increase good cholesterol (high density lipoprotein).
4. They are a good source of antioxidants: Vitamin E present in soaked almonds works as an antioxidant which inhibits free radical damage that prevents ageing and inflammation.
5. Fight Cancer: Soaked almonds contain Vitamin B17 which is vital for fighting cancer.
6. Flavonoid present in almonds suppresses tumor growth.
7. Help in lowering and maintaining glucose levels and regulating high blood pressure.
8. Soaked almonds contain folic acid which reduces birth defects.

Awesome Places To Go Whale Watching | Nature :-

Awesome Places To Go Whale Watching
One of the most fulfilling experiences on the open sea or any large body of water is by far the opportunity to go whale watching.
While out in the ocean you can see some of the most magnificent creatures of the deepest waters. These majestic beautiful creatures will show themselves in full and if you’re lucky enough you can catch them traveling in a large group.
Doing this activity by yourself is awesome, however, if you’re able to get a group together, it can be a fun and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for all parties involved. There really is a feeling that words can’t describe when you go whale watching.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

This is a bit more of tropical option when it comes to whale watching. While you’re on vacation, you can enjoy this activity if tanning and going to the beach gets boring.

Diabetes: Symptoms, Causes

Diabetes: Symptoms, Causes :-

Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. Patients with high blood sugar will typically experience polyuria (frequent urination), they will become increasingly thirsty (polydipsia) and hungry (polyphagia).

Diabetes equipment and a healthy breakfast
Special diets can help sufferers of type 2 diabetes control the condition.
Fast facts on diabetes
Here are some key points about diabetes. More detail and supporting information is in the main article.
  • Diabetes is a long-term condition that causes high blood sugar levels.
  • In 2013 it was estimated that over 382 million people throughout the world had diabetes (Williams textbook of endocrinology).
  • Type 1 Diabetes - the body does not produce insulin. Approximately 10% of all diabetes cases are type 1.
  • Type 2 Diabetes - the body does not produce enough insulin for proper function. Approximately 90% of all cases of diabetes worldwide are of this type.
  • Gestational Diabetes - this type affects females during pregnancy.
  • The most common diabetes symptoms include frequent urination, intense thirst and hunger, weight gain, unusual weight loss, fatigue, cuts and bruises that do not heal, male sexual dysfunction, numbness and tingling in hands and feet.
  • If you have Type 1 and follow a healthy eating plan, do adequate exercise, and take insulin, you can lead a normal life.
  • Type 2 patients need to eat healthily, be physically active, and test their blood glucose. They may also need to take oral medication, and/or insulin to control blood glucose levels.
  • As the risk of cardiovascular disease is much higher for a diabetic, it is crucial that blood pressure and cholesterol levels are monitored regularly.
  • As smoking might have a serious effect on cardiovascular health, diabetics should stop smoking.
  • Hypoglycemia - low blood glucose - can have a bad effect on the patient. Hyperglycemia - when blood glucose is too high - can also have a bad effect on the patient.
  • There are three types of diabetes:
  • 1) Type 1 diabetes.
  • The body does not produce insulin. Some people may refer to this type as insulin-dependent diabetesjuvenile diabetes, or early-onset diabetes. People usually develop type 1 diabetes before their 40th year, often in early adulthood or teenage years.
Type 1 diabetes is nowhere near as common as type 2 diabetes. Approximately 10% of all diabetes cases are type 1.
Patients with type 1 diabetes will need to take insulin injections for the rest of their life. They must also ensure proper blood-glucose levels by carrying out regular blood tests and following a special diet.
Between 2001 and 2009, the prevalence of type 1 diabetes among the under 20s in the USA rose 23%, according to SEARCH for Diabetes in Youth data issued by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

2) Type 2 diabetes

The body does not produce enough insulin for proper function, or the cells in the body do not react to insulin (insulin resistance).
Approximately 90% of all cases of diabetes worldwide are type 2.
Diabetes patient measuring glucose level in bloodMeasuring the glucose level in blood
Some people may be able to control their type 2 diabetes symptoms by losing weight, following a healthy diet, doing plenty of exercise, and monitoring their blood glucose levels. However, type 2 diabetes is typically a progressive disease - it gradually gets worse - and the patient will probably end up have to take insulin, usually in tablet form.
Overweight and obese people have a much higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes compared to those with a healthy body weight. People with a lot of visceral fat, also known as central obesity, belly fat, or abdominal obesity, are especially at risk. Being overweight/obese causes the body to release chemicals that can destabilize the body's cardiovascular and metabolic systems.
Being overweight, physically inactive and eating the wrong foods all contribute to our risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Drinking just one can of (non-diet) soda per day can raise our risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 22%, researchers from Imperial College London reported in the journal Diabetologia. The scientists believe that the impact of sugary soft drinks on diabetes risk may be a direct one, rather than simply an influence on body weight.
The risk of developing type 2 diabetes is also greater as we get older. Experts are not completely sure why, but say that as we age we tend to put on weight and become less physically active. Those with a close relative who had/had type 2 diabetes, people of Middle Eastern, African, or South Asian descent also have a higher risk of developing the disease.
Men whose testosterone levels are low have been found to have a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Researchers from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, say that low testosterone levels are linked to insulin resistance.

3) Gestational diabetes

This type affects females during pregnancy. Some women have very high levels of glucose in their blood, and their bodies are unable to produce enough insulin to transport all of the glucose into their cells, resulting in progressively rising levels of glucose.
Diagnosis of gestational diabetes is made during pregnancy.
The majority of gestational diabetes patients can control their diabetes with exercise and diet. Between 10% to 20% of them will need to take some kind of blood-glucose-controlling medications. Undiagnosed or uncontrolled gestational diabetes can raise the risk of complications during childbirth. The baby may be bigger than he/she should be.
Scientists from the National Institutes of Health and Harvard University found that women whose diets before becoming pregnant were high in animal fat and cholesterol had a higher risk for gestational diabetes, compared to their counterparts whose diets were low in cholesterol and animal fats.

What is prediabetes?

The vast majority of patients with type 2 diabetes initially had prediabetes. Their blood glucose levels where higher than normal, but not high enough to merit a diabetes diagnosis. The cells in the body are becoming resistant to insulin.
Studies have indicated that even at the prediabetes stage, some damage to the circulatory system and the heart may already have occurred.

Diabetes is a metabolism disorder

Diabetes (diabetes mellitus) is classed as a metabolism disorder. Metabolism refers to the way our bodies use digested food for energy and growth. Most of what we eat is broken down into glucose. Glucose is a form of sugar in the blood - it is the principal source of fuel for our bodies.
When our food is digested, the glucose makes its way into our bloodstream. Our cells use the glucose for energy and growth. However, glucose cannot enter our cells without insulin being present - insulin makes it possible for our cells to take in the glucose.
Insulin is a hormone that is produced by the pancreas. After eating, the pancreas automatically releases an adequate quantity of insulin to move the glucose present in our blood into the cells, as soon as glucose enters the cells blood-glucose levels drop.
A person with diabetes has a condition in which the quantity of glucose in the blood is too elevated (hyperglycemia). This is because the body either does not produce enough insulin, produces no insulin, or has cells that do not respond properly to the insulin the pancreas produces. This results in too much glucose building up in the blood. This excess blood glucose eventually passes out of the body in urine. So, even though the blood has plenty of glucose, the cells are not getting it for their essential energy and growth requirements.

How to determine whether you have diabetes, prediabetes or neither

Doctors can determine whether a patient has a normal metabolism, prediabetes or diabetes in one of three different ways - there are three possible tests:
  • The A1C test
    - at least 6.5% means diabetes
    - between 5.7% and 5.99% means prediabetes
    - less than 5.7% means normal
  • The FPG (fasting plasma glucose) test
    - at least 126 mg/dl means diabetes
    - between 100 mg/dl and 125.99 mg/dl means prediabetes
    - less than 100 mg/dl means normal
An abnormal reading following the FPG means the patient has impaired fasting glucose (IFG)
  • The OGTT (oral glucose tolerance test)
    - at least 200 mg/dl means diabetes
    - between 140 and 199.9 mg/dl means prediabetes
    - less than 140 mg/dl means normal
An abnormal reading following the OGTT means the patient has impaired glucose tolerance (IGT)
